SELIM PEPPER PEACH PUNCH

PREP IT!
2-3 Peach slices, fresh, ripe**
2 tablespoons Honey
2-3 Grains of Selim*
2 ounces Bourbon or Rum, Dark
1 ounce Peach Schnapps
Ice
Top with Champagne or 🍻Ginger Beer
MAKE IT!
In a rocks glass, muddle peach, honey, and grains of Selim.
Add bourbon and peach schnapps and stir.
Add ice and top with champagne or ginger beer. Enjoy!
Tip: *Grains of Selim can be found at West African grocery stores or substitute black peppercorns if you don’t have any or can’t find any.
**For extra fanciness, try roasting peaches with cinnamon and brown sugar before adding to cocktail.
