BRUNCH TATERS

Yield: 1-2 servings
PREP IT!
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
3 Potatoes, I like Yukon Gold
1 small Onion, sliced
8 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 Habanero Pepper
1 tablespoon Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
MAKE IT!
In a skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
Add ingredients and sauté until potatoes are soft.
Add a little bit of water towards the end of cooking to deglaze the pan and to continue cooking the potatoes.
Enjoy with other brunch-esque foods and beverages!
