REMOULADE SAUCE
Inspired by my weekend in NOLA…
Yield: 1 cup
PREP IT!
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ tablespoons Sweet Relish
2 tablespoons Onion, diced super small
2 tablespoons Celery, diced super small
1 tablespoon Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
1 teaspoon Taste Tutor Blackening Seasoning
1 teaspoon Chives, fresh or dried
10 sprigs Thyme, fresh
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Creole mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Tabasco
¼ teaspoon Black pepper, ground
MAKE IT!
Stir all ingredients together and enjoy as a dipping sauce or spread for a myriad of good Creole eats!
Tip:
Storage: Store refrigerated for up to 3 days.
