REMOULADE SAUCE

Ingredients

Remoulade Sauce

Inspired by my weekend in NOLA

Yield: 1 cup

PREP IT!

  • ½ cup Mayonnaise

  • ½ tablespoons Sweet Relish

  • 2 tablespoons Onion, diced super small

  • 2 tablespoons Celery, diced super small

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon Taste Tutor Seasoning 101

  • 1 teaspoon Taste Tutor Blackening Seasoning

  • 1 teaspoon Chives, fresh or dried

  • 10 sprigs Thyme, fresh

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon Creole mustard

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon Tabasco

  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper, ground

MAKE IT!

  1. Stir all ingredients together and enjoy as a dipping sauce or spread for a myriad of good Creole eats!
