RASPBERRY SORBET FLOAT

Ingredients

Raspberry Sorbet Float

From the Taste Tutor “Brown Drinks for Girls” Cocktail Friday series.

Yield: 3-8 ounces

PREP IT!             

  • 1 scoop Raspberry sorbet

  • 2 ounces Bourbon

  • ½ ounce Raspberry liqueur

  • 2 pieces Candied Ginger, 1 diced for cocktail, 1 whole for garnish

  • 2 sprigs Thyme, 1 for garnish

  • Champagne float, optional

MAKE IT!

  1. Scoop raspberry sorbet into rocks glass. 

  2. Add diced candied ginger and thyme leaves.

  3. Top with bourbon, raspberry liquor.

  4. Garnish with candied ginger and thyme sprig. 

  5. For a strong sipping drink, enjoy at this point. For more bubbles, top with champagne and enjoy!

Tip: This is another one hitter quitter so drink responsibly.
