PREP IT!

  • 2 pounds Okra, fresh (recommended) or frozen, cut

  • 3½ cups Multipurpose Breader

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 cup Buttermilk

  • ¼ - ½  teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, ground

MAKE IT!

  1. Preheat oil to 365F.

  2. Follow standard three step breading method.

  3. Shallow or deep fry okra until it floats to the top.

  4. Enjoy!
