LOW COUNTRY CRAB BOIL
Low Country Crab Boil

PREP IT!
8 small Potatoes, any kind
4 small Onions, yellow, fresh, quartered
6 ears Corn, fresh, halved
32 cloves Garlic, fresh, whole
2 cups Broth, chicken or vegetable
96 ounces beer, any kind, cheap
4 tablespoons Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
4 tablespoons Taste Tutor Nashville Hot Seasoning
4 tablespoons Taste Tutor Gullah Seasoning
2 Andouille sausage links, sliced into large chunks
2.6 pounds (about 6) Snow crab clusters
1 pound Shrimp, peel on
Parsley, fresh or dried, to garnish
MAKE IT!
Rinse all the seafood and vegetables.
Add potatoes, onions, corn, garlic, broth, beer, Taste Tutor Seasoning 100, Taste Tutor Nashville Hot Seasoning, and Taste Tutor Gullah Seasoning to a large pot. Bring to a boil and allow to boil until potatoes are soft.
Add in the sausage and crab clusters and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Add shrimp and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Remove all the items from the liquid and sprinkles with extra Taste Tutor Nashville Hot Seasoning and parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy!
