FRIED GREEN TOMATOES
Fried Green Tomatoes
Let’s use up those last few summer tomatoes; the ones that didn’t quite ripen…
Yield: 4-6 servings
PREP IT!
4 large Tomatoes, green, sliced ¼-thick
1 teaspoon Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
2 cup Multipurpose Breader
1 cup Water
MAKE IT!
Preheat oil to 375F.
Sprinkle Taste Tutor Seasoning 101 on both sides of the tomato and lay flat onto plate.
Coat tomato slices in Multipurpose Breader.
Dip coated slices in water and return to Multipurpose Breader to add a second coat.
Shallow or deep fry tomatoes until the breader is golden brown and crispy.
Enjoy with Remoulade Sauce
