Fried Fish and Creamy Grits

Classic fish & grits…

PREP IT!

MAKE IT!

  1. Season fish with Taste Tutor Seasoning 101.

  2. in a cast iron skillet, heat oil to 365F.

  3. Dip fish into multipurpose breader to coat. Shake off excess breader.

  4. Fry fish 3-4 minutes until it reaches internal temperature of 145F and breading is golden brown.

  5. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Sprinkle with Taste Tutor Seasoning 101.

  6. Serve hot with creamy grits!
