Inspired by the delicious salad and homemade dressing we had in Benin…

Yield: 2-3 servings

PREP IT!             

  • 3-5 ounces Anchovies, canned

  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar

  • ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

  • ½ tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Capers, with their juice

  • ¼ teaspoon Taste Tutor Blackening Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoons Taste Tutor Seasoning 101

  • ½ teaspoon Garlic, granulated

  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground

  • ½ teaspoon Thyme, dried

    The following are optional ingredients. I was trying to match the savoriness of her recipe but you can try leaving them out if you don’t have them.

  • ¼ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

  • ½ teaspoon Dried Shrimp or Crayfish

  • ¼ teaspoon Vegetable Bouillon

MAKE IT!

  1. Blend all the ingredients together using a food processor, blender, or immersion blender.

  2. Enjoy on salad!

Tip:

Store leftovers: in the fridge for up to 1 day.
