MAKEDA'S BENINESE CAESAR DRESSING (copycat)
Creamy Anchovy Dressing

Yield: 2-3 servings
PREP IT!
3-5 ounces Anchovies, canned
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
½ tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
½ tablespoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Capers, with their juice
¼ teaspoon Taste Tutor Blackening Seasoning
1 tablespoons Taste Tutor Seasoning 101
½ teaspoon Garlic, granulated
½ teaspoon Black Pepper, freshly ground
½ teaspoon Thyme, dried
The following are optional ingredients. I was trying to match the savoriness of her recipe but you can try leaving them out if you don’t have them.
¼ teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon Dried Shrimp or Crayfish
¼ teaspoon Vegetable Bouillon
MAKE IT!
Blend all the ingredients together using a food processor, blender, or immersion blender.
Enjoy on salad!
Tip:
Store leftovers: in the fridge for up to 1 day.
